Year-Round Sessions

Programs listed in this bulletin are not just for seniors, or members, but are also available to the public. All programs are 10 weeks in length beginning the week of April 18, unless noted otherwise.

Check the Centre’s Bulletin Boards and Website for notices of special interest and other (presently) unscheduled events inside and outside the Strathroy and Area Seniors’ Centre.

TAI CHI                                                                                                                        TAI CHI - Introduction to Beginners - Tuesdays between 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm (15 weeks)

TAI CHI - Introduction to Beginners - Tuesdays between 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm (15 weeks)

OTHER “THINGS” OF INTEREST

COMPUTERS - JUST THE BASICS - day and time are arranged to be mutually convenient to student and instructor

BILLIARDS

Drop in any day and check it out for a pool-playing companion. Not prepared to wander in and hope for a playing partner? Come prepared, bring one with you and share the enjoyment of a great game, with great companions.

TOPS

A weight control support group open to men and women of all ages. It promotes healthy weight loss and maintenance through a balanced diet, exercise, and community support. The group meets in the Centre’s lunchroom / cardroom from 6:30 pm until 8:30 pm every Wednesday. Cost is $25.00 for an annual membership, with an additional $1.25 fee per week.
