Come prepared, bring one with you and share
the enjoyment of a great game, with great
companions.
TOPS
A
weight control support group open to men and
women of all ages. It promotes healthy
weight loss and maintenance through a
balanced diet, exercise, and community
support. The group meets in the Centre’s
lunchroom / cardroom from 6:30 pm until 8:30
pm every Wednesday. Cost is $25.00 for an annual membership,
with an additional $1.25 fee per week.
