The
Strathroy and Area Seniors’ Centre does not limit itself to catering to just
seniors. We believe it is important to remain
in touch with, and assist within, our
community.
We entered into a
partnership with the Strathroy and District Chamber of
Commerce and Tourism Middlesex early on 2011. Both are
sharing the facility with the Seniors. All three are
benefiting from the joint venture
This community
spirit is also the reason that the SASCC hosts the Probus Club,
the Lions Club of Strathroy-Caradoc, the Strathroy
Horticultural Society and the Strathroy Historical
Society, and many other
community organizations.
We have also
helped the local chapters of Heart and Stroke
Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society, the
Middlesex-London Health Unit, Thames Valley Childrens'
Centre, and the Order of the Eastern Star.
