Please be aware of the following guidelines regarding the operation of your Centre:

1) All Centre activities are subject to last minute cancellation without notice.

2) Some groups within the Centre may make an additional charge to the members to offset the cost of snacks, etc. These fees are determined by the members playing within the group and should be voluntary unless the group members believe otherwise.

3) The Centre will be closed for the following dates during the 2010-2011 membership year:

Christmas Holiday Season: Saturday, December 24, 2011 to Sunday, January 1, 2012 (inclusive)

Family Day: Monday, February 20, 2012

Good Friday: Friday, April 6, 2012

Easter: Sunday, April 8, 2012

Easter Monday: Monday, April 9, 2012 - We're Open!

Victoria Day: Monday, May 21, 2012

Canada Day: Sunday, July 1, 2012

Civic Holiday: Monday, August 6, 2012

Labour Day: Monday, September 3, 2012

Thanksgiving: Monday, October 8, 2012

4) We are always interested in adding new activities. If you have any ideas, do not hesitate to suggest them, but be prepared to assist with them if asked, since most activities are volunteer-driven and volunteer-led.

5) Membership fees are on a yearly basis, starting September 1 of one calendar year and running until August 31 the following calendar year. Half-year memberships are available, as well as deferred payments as required.

Guest Fees are now 2.00 per daily visit.
